It can be done via a Thai company or a Thai national spouse.
A house can be registered to a foreigner, since it is a moving
object (!) by law.
A foreigner can lease land for 30+30 years on his own name.
means 30+30 years lease with the option to sell or tranfer the
property to a third party.
This is preferable, in case foreign ownership laws will change
or a future company or Thai spouse.
